Based on the client’s idea of a modern combined with industrial interior styled smart home, our interior designer Ryan assisted in sourcing and finding the best color schemes, materials and technology needed to bring the client’s dream home to life. In this state-of-the-art three-room BTO HDB flat that showcases both aesthetics and futuristic function, lights turn on through motion detection in the bedroom and kitchen, closing the glass door of the living room turns on the television, combining modern technology with everyday comforts at home.

A super sleek induction stove and super-modern coffee machine sits atop the kitchen counter. With neat geometric designs that effortlessly utilizes the limited space available; through a washing machine hidden in the cabinets and a compact home bar, this kitchen is both sleek and stylish.

This sleek wooden feature wall actually conceals a HDB bomb shelter and storage area! Fitting in with the overall decor of the home interior, it provides functional aesthetics. Little steps done with expert renovation can make a big difference in the overall aesthetics of the home.
