Designed with sleek, straight lines characteristic of modern home design, this stylish rebuilt semi-detached landed house located along Jalan Songket features black framed glass balustrades, stunning outdoor lighting and a spacious car porch lined with stone tiles. Designed by Ernest from Singapore Carpentry, this luxurious rebuilt home provides a cozy respite from the hubbub of modern life for the whole family.

Wood paneled ceilings, cabinets and a sophisticated TV wall paired with a calming neutral palette make up this ultra-cozy living room interior. Featuring full-length windows that offer an unencumbered view of the outdoor landscaping as well as draw in natural light, shining marble flooring, and comfy modern upholstered furniture, this bright and cozy living room interior is the perfect location for family get-togethers and daily relaxation.

Every aspect of the living room was designed with form and function in mind, such as the lit up display shelves and a fireplace that blends effortlessly with the TV wall, as well as the sink counter that features an elegant white marble backsplash, located conveniently next to the dining set. Light is equally important in the interior as well, our designer incorporated understated architectural down-lights between the wood panels of the ceiling, subtle strip lights that demarcate the staircase railings as well as individual shelves, and finally decorative sconce lighting and a stylish rectangular chandelier that draws attention to the dining area.

Timeless wood textures are contrasted against classically luxurious white marble in this gorgeous kitchen interior. Subtle additions bring in a touch of luxury to the interior, such as glass display cabinets for prized liquors, and a visually stunning marble kitchen island. Understated details draw in organic charm to the interior, from pine cone inspired pendant lighting suspended above the kitchen island, to elegant flower vases.

This stylish master bedroom interior serves to impress with its visually impactful stone feature wall, while showcasing unparalleled comfort with the use of various textiles from houndstooth upholstered seats to cozy throw blankets. A unique design feature of this room is the use of differently colored floor tiles and differently textured wood wall panels to demarcate the relaxation area by the window, differentiating it from the sleeping area of the master bedroom.

Yellow marble and understated wood textures work in tandem in this cozy walk-in wardrobe. Resembling a nautilus shell, a stunning light fixture is suspended in the middle of the room, brightening up the interior as a design statement. Splitting up the monotony of the wardrobe placements, our designer incorporated a bespoke marble lined dressing table section as well as custom-built glass cabinets for displaying designer bags and accessories.

Marble and wood work in tandem inside this incredibly modern home office interior, asymmetrical built-in cabinets, bookshelves and a custom work-desk add in a touch of uniqueness to the interior while maintaining a spacious and de-cluttered environment conducive for working from home. Wood fluting, rich marble veins, and the contrast between dark and light wood serve to break up the visual monotony, resulting in a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing space.

Whimsical details and a soothing color palette are incorporated in these children’s bedrooms, exuding a cozy sense of wonder around the interiors. Showcasing the potential of our custom carpentry services, our designer incorporated unique built-in bookshelves and wardrobes that blend seamlessly with the wall murals.

Richly colored Terrazzo tiles line the walls and floors, while a quirky bespoke double vanity with blue sinks and a backlit curved mirror that resembles a portal are implemented into this children’s bathroom, giving off an eclectic and fun vibe.
