5. Modern, Warmth & Cozy @ Moulmein Rise Condominium

Take a step into this modern & airy condominium interior, located at Moulmein Rise. This modern home utilizes a light neutral colour palette effectively for a comfy and relaxed vibe. Subtle additions of natural textures from the light wood flooring, to the white marble TV wall and dark marble dining table surface, prevents the open-concept living room from looking too sterile, while exuding an understated visual beauty. Modern furnishings are incorporated to create a sophisticated look, from the metallic coffee table, to the ultra-narrow dining chair legs and brass-toned console table.

In this chic dry kitchen, the kitchen island blends seamlessly with the marble floor tiles with understated sophistication, custom-built with black kitchen tap and sink set, alongside an ultra-modern induction hob and lined with elegant LED strip lights that exude an inviting, glowing aura. Dark wood kitchen cabinets are custom made, to maximize the amount of storage space available, perfectly fitted accordingly with the kitchen appliances such as the oven and refrigerator. Studio styled architectural down-lights hang from the ceiling, brightening the interior tastefully with art gallery-esque sophistication.

3. Blending Comfort and Modern Luxury – Residences @ Evelyn

Step into a modern and stylish condominium interior that embodies the essence of urban luxury living, located within Residences @ Evelyn. This luxurious, modern dining room features the usage of a sophisticated, cool-toned, neutral color scheme, setting the tone for a serene and ultra-refined atmosphere. In the left side of the room is an opulent bespoke island counter in monochromatic marble, serving both as a functional workspace and a striking focal point, its bold black polished surface contrasts beautifully with the room’s subtle light gray marble flooring, resulting in a captivating visual dynamic. On the right side of the dining room is a stylish dining table paired with plush, upholstered seats in a soft, light gray fabric.

4. Light & Airy Modernity @ Semi-Detached Landed House

With a focus towards creating a light and airy environment that draws inspiration from nature, our designer created this gorgeous and cozy semi-detached house. Wood and stone wall panels, combined with modernist wood furnishings as well as a visually striking suspended wood staircase compliment one another in a naturally soothing color palette. Architectural lighting suspended from the ceiling brighten up the home in a subtle manner, while recessed floor lights add depth to the walls, LED light strips are built into staircase railings and steps, giving off ultra-modern vibes.

Ultra-sleek black pendant lights are suspended above a sophisticated dining set in this dining room, demarcated with a sand-colored rug, the dining room serves as a bridge from the living room to the kitchen interior within the open concept layout of the house. Carved wall-art and a wood paneled ceiling blends modern aesthetics with organic textures, adding visual detail to the dining room interior.

1. An Unconventional Private Art Gallery @ Eureka Griffin Club

Take a step into Eureka Griffin Club, a luxurious private art gallery, located at Cluny Hill. An asymmetrical light wood hallway welcomes you in with its warm and inviting ambiance. Massive sliding glass doors seamlessly connect the interior to a sunlit swimming pool, blurring the line between indoor and outdoor spaces. The play of natural light, coupled with the modernist fusion of materials, creates a sensory journey that stimulates both the visual and tactile senses.

As one traverses the hallway, the understated patterns of the tan stone tiles underfoot contrasts with the intricate golden counter at the end, sculpted with finesse, while an ultra-wide stainless steel door frame highlighted with diffused lighting serves as a luxe transition into the modern art gallery beyond.

This art gallery exudes a timeless aesthetic with its tan natural stone floor tiles, offering a grounding foundation for the artistic journey that unfolds within. Above, the ceiling is adorned with warm wood paneling, creating a sense of intimacy and continuity that complements the organic look and feel of the artworks displayed. The gallery‘s expansive white walls act as a pristine backdrop, allowing the art to command attention while fostering a sense of openness and tranquility.

Check out this family room that exudes eclectic style and warmth, subtle geometric brown wallpaper forms captivating backdrop for this contemporary haven. The room is adorned with curated furniture that showcases sleek lines and avant-garde shapes effortlessly merging style with comfort. A striking cream carpet, adorned with vivid splotches of gold and turquoise, anchors the space with a burst of color, inviting relaxation and playfulness. Gold-accented metallic furniture add a touch of opulence, creating a harmonious blend of luxury and contemporary design that transforms the family room into a chic and inviting gathering space.

Enter a sumptuous cigar room where black wooden shelves, artfully lit with LEDs, showcase a curated collection of alcohol bottles, setting the stage for a refined atmosphere. Gold frilly lights adorn the ceiling, casting an enchanting glow over the space. White sofa seats, detailed with metallic accents, are paired with an  abstract golden coffee table, providing a plush and elegant seating arrangement.
